The MMF Approach
Every Great Respray Starts with Proper Prep
A quality respray is 80% preparation. Before any colour is applied, we strip the panels, remove any filler or previous coats that aren't sound, degrease every surface and apply a professional primer system — building a foundation that holds.
Our dedicated motorcycle spray booth is climate-controlled and enclosed, eliminating the contamination that causes orange peel, fish eyes and texture in the finished coat. The result is deep gloss, perfect flow and a finish that holds up to road conditions.
Whether you're restoring your bike to factory stock, touching up isolated damage, or going fully custom with a colour that doesn't exist — gloss, satin or matt — we deliver the same standard of prep, paint and clear coat regardless of job size.

Full Strip & Surface Preparation
All panels are stripped back, degreased and sanded to a sound foundation. Any filler, previous paint layers or surface contamination that would compromise adhesion is removed before any new product goes on.

Professional Primer System
We apply a professional high-build primer system — blocking filler, building film thickness and providing the adhesion foundation that ensures the colour coat bonds correctly and lasts.

Colour Application in Dust-Free Booth
Colour is applied in our enclosed, climate-controlled spray booth. No wind, no dust, no contamination — just clean, even colour coats laid down with the correct gun pressure, overlap and distance for maximum flow.

Multi-Stage Clear Coat
Premium two-stage clear coat is applied over the colour — providing gloss depth, UV protection and chip resistance. We use leading systems including PPG and Standox for a finish that competes with factory quality.

Cut, Polish & Quality Inspection
The cured finish is machine polished and inspected under multiple light sources before delivery. We check for any texture, runs or imperfections — and address them before the bike leaves the workshop.
