In many cases, yes. If your bike has been in an accident and you're making an insurance claim, the cost of towing to our workshop may be fully covered by your insurer. We can advise you on this when you call and handle the towing claim documentation on your behalf.

Yes. If your bike is stuck at an accident scene and can't be ridden, we can arrange collection directly from the scene. Call us as soon as possible and we'll advise on timing and what to do in the meantime.

Our dedicated motorcycle transporter can carry two road bikes simultaneously. This allows us to be efficient with pickups and deliveries, and means we can sometimes accommodate same-day or next-day collection when our schedule allows.

Yes — our general towing service handles point-to-point transport anywhere across Melbourne. We can take your bike to another workshop, collect it from a dealer, move it during a house relocation, or drop it off at any address across Melbourne and surrounding areas.

Yes. All bikes transported on our truck are fully covered during transit. We use a purpose-built motorcycle transporter and every bike is properly secured before we move.

Yes. Once your repair is complete, we can return your bike to your door. This is particularly useful if you had it collected after an accident and don't have a way to get to Spotswood to collect it. Just let us know when you book in and we'll arrange the return delivery.
