04 Repair Services & Warranty

All repair work is carried out by our experienced technicians using quality materials and industry-standard processes. We stand behind the work we do.

We provide a warranty on our workmanship covering defects arising directly from our repair. The warranty period will be specified at time of job completion.

The warranty does not cover:

• Damage resulting from subsequent accidents, impacts, or incidents after vehicle handover
• Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or modification of the repaired area
• Normal wear and tear
• Pre-existing damage not included in the original repair scope

05 Insurance Repairs

If your repair is being funded by an insurance claim, you remain responsible for ensuring your insurer authorises the repair work before it begins. We will liaise directly with your insurer where we have agreed to do so.

We cannot guarantee insurance approval, assessment outcomes, or the amount your insurer agrees to cover. Any shortfall between the insurer's approved amount and our quoted repair cost will be your responsibility unless otherwise agreed.

Providing your insurer's written authorisation prior to work commencing ensures no delays to your repair.

06 Payment Terms

Full payment is required prior to or at the time of vehicle collection, unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, card, and bank transfer.

• Vehicles will not be released until payment is received and cleared
• For large jobs, a deposit may be required before work commences
• If a job is cancelled after work has commenced, costs incurred to that point may be charged
• Storage fees may apply to uncollected vehicles after an agreed collection date
