A full restoration is the most demanding work we do — and the most rewarding. It starts with a complete teardown and honest condition assessment, because you can't restore what you can't properly inspect. We document every panel, every component and every decision before any work begins.
Structural repairs come first. Cracks, missing tabs, warped panels and broken mounts are repaired before any surface prep begins — because cosmetic work over structural damage never holds. Once the underlying condition is right, we work through surface preparation, primer, paint and finishing in the same controlled environment we use for all our bodywork.
The final result is photographed and documented so you have a record of the work. Whether you're restoring a classic to factory spec or rebuilding a track bike in a custom scheme, we take the same approach — thorough, honest and built to last.
Every fairing panel, fuel tank, seat cowl and body component is removed and assessed individually. We photograph and document existing condition before any work begins so there are no surprises mid-job.
Cracks are filled and reinforced, broken tabs and mounts are reconstructed, warped panels are corrected. Structural integrity comes before cosmetics — every time.
We spray to factory colour codes for concours-correct restorations, or work from a custom brief for riders who want something different. Full booth spray, multi-stage clear coat, cut and polish finish.
OEM-accurate replica decals are applied to factory position and spec. Custom graphics available for non-original builds. All graphics are sealed under UV-resistant clear for long-term durability.
The bike is reassembled with all repaired components, photographed at each stage and inspected against the initial assessment before handover. You receive a full record of the work completed.
We work across classic, modern and race bikes — any motorcycle where the cosmetics need to come back to the standard the machine deserves.
